As promised, I made the light version of Euro 2008 football match schedule and scoresheet for PDA, which will work on Windows Mobile operating system. I have tested with my O2 PDA which running on Windows Mobile 2003 and works fine. I haven’t tested with Palm, but you can give a try and let me know if you have some problems.

Basically, I divided this scoresheet into 4 working worksheet, where the “group scoresheet” and “knock out round scoresheet” worksheet will be your working worksheet where you can enter the score. The “group standings” and “knock out results” worksheet will be your result worksheet. You don’t have to enter anything in these worksheet, because all working cells already have its formula.

You can copy this excel directly to your PDA using your memory card or through Activesync.

Because of protection lackness in pocket excel application, you have to be carefull when you enter the score in the worksheet. Make sure that you fill the score only in the blue cells.

I removed also the country and timezone option, but you still can adjust the timezone by enter your city time in the first blue time cell of match 1 in “group scoresheet” worksheet as seen in the picture below, and other date and time for the rest of matches will be adjusted automatically.

If Czech vs Turkey ends in a draw, there will be a penalty shootout. Yours did not account for that. It just let Czech go through due to a higher UEFA coefficient which is not applicable is this circumstance.
