Wiki definition of ovulation is “Ovulation is the process in the females menstrual cycle by which a mature ovarian follicle ruptures and discharges an ovum (also known as an oocyte, female gamete, or casually, an egg) that participates in reproduction. Ovulation also occurs in the estrous cycle of other female mammals, which differs in many fundamental ways from the menstrual cycle.”
It is hard to understand the meaning because of the phrases being used. For many people, ovulation means a time when the woman is fertile enough to get pregnant.
One of the most common method used to predict ovulation is calendar based method, the method which based on a record of the length of previous menstrual cycles, as originally developed by John Smulders in 1930, as written in wikipedia as can be read in details here.
This template is a simple template that is created to map the method. Please don’t make it as your real reference, just make it as your side reference, because getting pregnant will depend on many factors. Please confirm to your doctor to get an exact information regarding your fertility period and any fertility problem that may arise.
To use this template is simple, just fill in your information in the data worksheet as follows :

Holiday is about to over. In some countries, the new academic year is starting from July and at some other is starting from August. There are some requests came in about modifying my yearly calendar into a specific calendar template that started from July or August and ended in the some month in the following year. I made a simple one to fulfill that request where this template can only be used for year 2009/2010 with a feature to mark the date with corresponding academic exams, events or holiday.

It’s been a year since I wrote the template for Italian Serie A Competition. And now, the Italian Serie A fixtures is already released by FIGC, so I can make the complete fixtures for season 2009/2010 in Excel template after three weeks publishing the blank template. I make a few changes on layout but I haven’t made any correction regarding head-to-head standing in this version. Probably in the next version I will add this function, so season 2008/2009 problem regarding AC Milan vs Juventus and Fiorentina Vs Genoa position in the template won’t be happen again.
By the way, I still miss Kaka in serie A, and I hope AC Milan can do their best without Kaka in this season.
As I mention before, there is a slight layout changes I made to make it more adaptable for fixtures data entried by yourself. The first changes I made is to combine the team setup together with the deduction sheet in my previous template before, as you can see in the picture. I have put all 20 teams and their home stadium. You can put any deduction if any before or within the season.
The second worksheet, the league table, is remain the same, except I changes the month hyperlink with week hyperlink, so, it will link to the corresponding week once you fill the fixtures.
