Time Sheets

Still, in relation with the basic tutorial lesson of creating excel template, this is a basic time sheet template where it has a standard common time sheet layout as other common time sheets you can find in internet.

Time sheet usually created to determine payroll for a period of time. The period can be defined within one day, one week, two weeks, one month or project time. There three templates are created here, weekly timesheet, biweekly timesheet and monthly timesheet. All the layouts are the same. The different is in the number of rows needed to accommodate the period of the time sheet.

You can put the company logo at the left corner of the worksheet, which originally my nephew company logo. Fill the employee ID, name, title, and department, followed by filling start date and number of working days per week or per month. The dates and the days will be populated automatically. And you can continue to fill start and end hour of each date. Since this is a basic template with basic formula, feel free to modify according to your needs. And if you want a printable blank worksheet, just erase all the filled columns inside the worksheet.

La Liga Fixtures 2009/2010

LFP just announced full fixtures of its Spanish La Liga competition, and “Los Galacticos II” Real Madrid will begin their La Liga campaign to Deportivo La Coruna at weekend of August 29/30, at home.

With the new stars Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Raul Albiol and probably more others… I cannot wait to see them in action, although I am not a big fan of Real Madrid, it will be interesting to see how Pellegrini make them play as team and play a good football.

La Liga 2009 2010

Reigning champions Barcelona will begin the defence of their Primera Division title  at home to Sporting Gijon. And if all matches for Barcelona and Real Madrid are as expected, it will be interesting to see how Kaka-Ronaldo duel with Messi at November 29, at Nou Camp.

Following last year fixtures in excel template, I made a few changes on layouts. The number of sheets remain the same. There are four worksheets, League Table, Fixtures and Results, Team Fixtures and Results and Team Setup.

Mileage Log

This is a common mileage log used by many companies to track their vehicle or car operational expenses. I create this template as a basic tutorial template for my nephew who worked in General Affairs Department and wants to learn how to create template in excel that could be useful for him in his company.

This mileage log is actually the same with other mileage log you could find in several internet sites, because it is only record the mileage and calculate the total mileage of the car within some period of time. You can fill the average cost per mile if you want to calculate the expenses of that car. My nephew wants to have that, so he can monitor the oil consumption of the car.

As you can see in the picture, just fill the white color parts and leave the blue color parts to calculate the number for you.
