These student attendance records is created to help teachers keep track of attendance of their students. There are two models created here, weekly and monthly.
Weekly attendance record is a simple form that can be used for record the attendance of students for five days period. The formula being used here is the basic sum formula that will sum the student attendance based on its category.
The monthly attendance record is created with excel formula and conditional formatting which will give you the customize record or report that can be used monthly. Set your targeted month and year, and the date column will adjust automatically to give you the day name of the given date. And there is conditional formatting in the column that will turn the cell color into grey color if the given date is Sunday or holiday. The holiday itself will refer to the date in the holiday worksheet where you can custom it.

I like what I see but I need wider rows so I can do something like P for am/pm
I am looking into about 15 rows maybe 18. I need columns for five days a week so about 25 with a thin column seperating them. I need a wide column to print childrens full names. I also need three columns for things like birthdate/program/changes and one or two thin numbered columns.
This is as monthly transportation/attendance sheet for a day care center. I only want a 8 1/2 X 11 normal size. We have sheets but they have like 30 rows for kids names and we need less with wider rows.
Any ideas? I have tired and have failed repeatedly.
