There is a comment, in my previous Academic Calendar posting, asking about the new version of Academic Calendar for year 2010-2011. I haven’t had a chance to make yearly academic calendar, so, I decided to modify the previous calendar so it can be used for year 2010-2011.

2010 2011 Academic Calendar 77 V1.0 Academic Calendar 2010/2011

All features are remain the same. And there are two version available. The first version is started from July 2010 and the other is started from August 2010.

You can download those two version of file below :

How can I turn the red cells or green ones to others?

Depends on what you want to do:

    1. Go to “Exam-Holiday-Event” and add or remove the dates in the appropriate catagory.
    2. the Author is using the “Conditional Format” to set the color. You can change the color choice by going to the Excel Menu -> Format – Conditional Formatting…

Once I added my dates, some months have a strip of 3-5 days worth of blue or green (at the beginning or end of month – the extra boxes). how can I remove those colors and get them back to gray?

I have some questions about using formulas to calculate the dates (autopopluate). Can you email me so we can discuss?
