Schumi is back… that is the biggest news from Formula 1 Championship this year. But, he will be racing against Ferrari. Yes… He is a Mercedes GP driver now. After surprising all people by making Jenson Button to become a world champion last year, Brawn GP is transformed in Mercedes GP, a Germany company, with Germany drivers including Michael Schumacher, the 7 time F1 champion. The other driver is Nico Rosberg and Nick Heidfeld as backup driver.

And what about Jenson Button ? He will defend his title with McLaren team alongside Lewis Hamilton, where this team will have British drivers to chase another F1 championship trophy. So, two world champions within one team ? It will be exciting to see whether this Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button combination will be better than Lewis Hamilton - Fernando Alonso combination two years ago.

Formula 1 Schedule 2010

So, will it be Germany vs England for F1 Championship this year? I don’t so. Ferrari is mature now. They have focused on the development or 2010 car since last year. They don’t want to repeat the same mistakes by focusing on F1 championship in 2008 where it cost them year 2009. So far, the development is running toward the right direction where Ferrari cars is ruling this 2010 practice session.

With Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa behind the wheel, Ferrari looks like a very strong contender this year. And don’t forget Redbull. They are one of two teams that surprise all world in 2009 season by delivering Sebastian Vettel as F1 2009 season runner up.

It is not easy to write again after three months I didn’t write and post any templates. And, I am really sorry for not replying many comments due to my time limitation to monitor this site. But…, I am back now with my newest sport template, World Cup 2010 Schedule and Scoresheet Template. This template is the first version, because I plan to add analysis worksheet which can help you (and me of course :-)) analyzing your favourite teams before they play their matches.

This template is based on my previous Euro 2008 template. Because World Cup 2010 tournament consists of 32 teams, compare with Euro 2008 tournament which only consists of 16 teams, I made lay out modification to make the sheet fit nicely and properly if it is printed within one page A4 or letter paper size.

World Cup 2010 Schedule

I am also adjusting the excel formula for deciding and ranking the teams that qualify to the next round after they played all their group matches, if two or more teams have same points, based on World Cup tournament tie regulation where the tie regulation is slightly different with Euro 2008 tie regulation.

I maintain the language and timezone conversion, so you can use or print this template based on your language and time zone. I would like to thanks to Google which provide a very good translation tool which translate my words in this template in seconds. But, I still need a better human translation to make it fully comply with your language. You can help me refining that translation, or add new language translation, by downloading the language file and send it back to me. I will put your name as credit in this site. There 34 different languages and 139 cities timezone available in this version. Just select your language and timezone from the dropdown list in the upper left side of the worksheet to change the appearance of the worksheet into your local language and timezone.

This monthly calendar is an extension of monthly event calendar 2009 I have made a year ago. There are many improvements I have made in this calendar. Compare to the previous one, this calendar can accommodate until 6 to-do list or events at the same dates. And you still can put additional one holiday or one important event on top of the row. And there are additional columns where you can put your time consideration of those events or you can leave it blanks.

Monthly Calendar

There are two worksheets that are shown in this spreadsheet, the first one is “todo-holiday-event” worksheet. And you can start to use it as your 2010 monthly calendar by setting the month and the year in the first rows of this worksheet to January 2010. You change it according to your preference. After that, you can put your to-do list in to-do list column. You can useĀ  this list as your reminder list also. For example, you can put your favorite movies schedule, your concert show, your favorite sport teams schedule etc. And you don’t have to type it in sequence, because the excel formula will display and order it automatically in the calendar. So, you can add it anytime without thinking of ordering the dates.
